Guideline of prices of enchanted items/enchanting services:

1st x = 25k, 2nd x = 50k, 3rd x = 75k, 4th x = 100k, 5th x = 1 mil*

Enchanting services follow this formula:

1x = 25k,

2x = 25k+50k = 75k,

3x = 25k+50k+75k = 150k

4x = 25k+50k+75k+ 100k = 250k

*NOTE Enchanted items and services over 4x are limited as enchanters are limited to one project over 4x at a time.

Prices and availability to do services 5x and above can be given upon request.

All other items donated and acquired must be tested enlisting the aid of Loresingers, spells of Magic Detection, Magic crystals like the one found in the Abandoned Inn, and skilled weapons assessors.



Auction guidelines:

Auctions must be at least 10 items.

Items can go once, twice, thrice, sold. Flat price auctions must have a limit of time.

All items must be given a fair minimum bid or flat price based on the information gathered about the items after testing the items using the aid of Loresingers, spells of Magic Detection, Magic crystals like the one found in the Abandoned Inn, and skilled weapons assessors.

Special information about items such as scripts or str/dur where the item is worn, how much it weighs etc. must be included in the auction.

Bidding should be open to all bidders except those who have been banned for rulebreaking in the buyers guidelines.

If an item is given into your possession with the agreement that you are to sell this item for another person it must follow the auction guidelines and a log of such item must be kept including contact information of the 3rd party you are selling the item for.

Buyers guidelines:

Only place bids on items that you have the money for.

You must have a valid email address in order to place bids.

You may only be released from having to purchase an item that you have bid on by submitting in writing to the merchant running the auction for such reasons as inability to be in the lands for long lengths of time due to deactivated-inactive accounts or pending absences of the game that the buyer comes into knowledge of having.

Buyers must be willing to be in contact with the merchant running the auction for item delivery. Contacting the merchant with your times of availability is encouraged after a bid on an auction item is won.
