Hiea recites:
"I was there when the request arrived"
>
Hiea recites:
"I spent the day pouring over the histories about colors and roses and Lumnis."
>
Hiea recites:
"Well, if they were colored and just suddenly changed that is a bit odd, is it not?"
>
Hiea recites:
"Perhaps, but sometimes one needs to know the whys of a thing.""
>
Roelaren nods.
>
Hiea recites:
"A few passanges in my reading stuck out to me."
>
Hiea recites:
"All of your thoughts are noted."
>
Hiea recites:
"In the tomes about Lumnis"
>
Hiea recites:
"From the time she was born, Lumnis was loved. Koar long watched her from afar, as she explored and found her place in the world."
>
Hiea recites:
"When she was ready, Koar went to her. They pledged themselves to each other and were bound together."
>
Hiea recites:
"But there was one other passage."
>
Hiea recites:
"There is a passage that I remembered as it struck me as odd to have Lumnis associated with roses"
>
Hiea recites:
"The union of Koar and Lumnis was a private one. They bound their lifetime troth high in the peaks of the Nagothrym with only the Drake,"

Hiea recites:
"Ferushigon present as witness to the union. Legend says that lights played across the skies for an entire summer thereafter, flashing"

Hiea recites:
"In red, yellow, violet, indigo, and black blooms"
>
Hiea recites:
"It was then that I did remember some tales from when I was just small."
Hiea recites:
"There was a white rose that grew up in a garden of colors that my grandmam grew"
>
Hiea recites:
"When I asked my grandmam what it meant, she said Lumnis must have shed a tear, she was having a sad moment."
>
Hiea recites:
"Every time I cried after I would go to the garden and see if my tears would affect the flowers as well."
>
Hiea recites:
"They never did"
>
Hiea recites:
"I supposed that was the moment I knew I was not a patron"
>
Hiea recites:
"I asked my Grandmam why not, and she told me that I was surrounded by those who loved me"
>
Hiea recites:
"While poor Lumnis is alone, her love far away."
>
Hiea recites:
"This all just stirred the memory"
>
Hiea recites:
"Eh, it was a story told to a child."
>
Hiea recites:
"But the journals do say that she was so happy with her union she turned her white roses to different colors"
>
Hiea recites:
"But one has to wonder who wrote these tales"
>
Hiea recites:
"The child's tale was from my grandmam"
>
Hiea recites:
"But there are so many tales, those are just the two I picked out since they concerned roses"
>
Hiea recites:
"So it is said."
>
Hiea recites:
"I cannot pretend to know the thoghts of the Patrons"
>
Hiea recites:
"And of Koar himself..."
>
Balantine quietly says, "Ye need ta hear my rose tale sometime."
>
Hiea recites:
"The samples of the flowers just show flowers. This whole thing is odd."
>
Roelaren smiles at Balantine.
>
Hiea says, "And that is what i remember for you all."
