Kello recites heartily:

"Here is one you may have heard before"

With a twinkle in his eye, Kello begins a jaunty melody on his lute.
Kello sings playfully:

"I've been a wild rover for many a year,
And I spent all me money on whiskey and beer.
And now I'm returning with coin in great store,
And I never will play the wild rover no more."

Kello jaunts through the rambunctious refrain, the melody and descant playing along in a breathless game of musical tag.
Kello sings merrily:

"And it's no, nay, never! No, nay, never, no more,
will I play the wild rover. No never no more!"

Making the beat of the song even more infectious, Kello sharply thumps the belly of his lute in time with the music.
Kello sings playfully:

"I went to ol' Helga's I used to frequent,
And I told the big lady me money was spent.
I asked her for credit, she answered me "nay,
Such a custom as yours I could have any day"."

Putting a variation in his strum, Kello runs through the verse and into a catchy chorus that will stick in your head for days.
Kello sings merrily:

"And it's no, nay, never! No, nay, never, no more,
will I play the wild rover. No never no more!"

Kello runs through the chorus twice, as if to make certain you will not be able to stop humming it anytime soon.
Kello sings playfully:

"I took up from me pocket, uncut rubies so bright
And the landlady's eyes opened wide with delight
She says "I have whiskeys and wines of the best
And the words that you told me were only in jest""

Making the beat of the song even more infectious, Kello sharply thumps the belly of his lute in time with the music.
Kello sings merrily:

"And it's no, nay, never! No, nay, never, no more,
will I play the wild rover. No never no more!"

Kello jaunts through the rambunctious refrain, the melody and descant playing along in a breathless game of musical tag.
Kello sings playfully:

"I'll have none of your whiskeys nor fine Elvish wines,
For your words show you clearly as no friend of mines.
There's others most willing to open a door,
To a man coming home from a far distant shore."

Kello launches into the next verse, this time adding in an impish harmony line that seems to tease the main theme along.
Kello sings:

"And it's no, nay, never! No, nay, never, no more,
will I play the wild rover. No never no more!"

Kello begins building a complex, upbeat melody in a major key, his fingers lightly springing over the strings.
Kello sings playfully:

"I'll go home to Hous Onoir, confess what I've done,
And I'll ask them to pardon their prodigal son.
And if they forgive me as oft times before,
I never will play the wild rover no more."

Kello runs through the chorus twice, as if to make certain you will not be able to stop humming it anytime soon.
Kello recites heartily:

"And I really mean it this time"

Kello grins.
Kello sings merrily:

"And it's no, nay, never! No, nay, never, no more,
will I play the wild rover. No never no more!"

With a final jaunty chord, Kello stills the strings of his lute.
Kello takes a tri-cornered dark brown hat off his head.
Sweeping his arm outward, Kello bows low in a grand fashion.
Kello puts a tri-cornered dark brown hat on his head.
Kello pulls out a chair and seats himself at the table.
